Why do you need a Virtual Business Administrator?

All businesses need consistent and reliable administrative support. In order to realize their full potential for success, even the smallest businesses will benefit from a permanent partner in their endeavor. A Virtual Assistant is the answer!

Virtual Business Administrators take your overflow off your shoulders:

By outsourcing some of your "non-core" or "just can't get to" projects to a VA gives you more time to concentrate on your more important tasks, such as prospecting new customers and generating revenue.

Virtual Business Administrators bill only for time spent on projects:

You don't need to worry about paying for idle time! The time wasted by an in-house employee waiting for a project to be assigned is not a concern for a VA.

Virtual Business Administrators do all the work in their home-based offices:

There is no need to provide office space to house an employee.

Virtual Business Administrators have fully equipped offices with all of the necessary equipment:

There is no need to acquire additional equipment that a regular employee would need to use.

Virtual Business Administrators are just an email away:

You have access to professional office assistance whenever and however you need it!

Why me as your Virtual Business Administrator?

I have been assisting business owners and leaders for my entire life. My journey started as the daughter of a small business owner in the small town of Windermere, British Columbia! Having the opportunities to gain experience in organizations like Mark's, CP Rail, and Nabors Industries lead me to having the skills to help business leaders and owners throughout diverse fields. My experience in HR and organizational behavior can save headaches and money while making your interactions with colleagues, employees and clients rewarding. Ensuring my clients are always prepared and organized while reducing their daily stress is my main guiding principle. To support the offices and personal lives of my clients is one of my core competencies. These assignments require confidentiality, confidence, and an energy level few can maintain; not only can I easily meet these expectations, I also thrive on the responsibility that comes with it.

Who I Am

In my personal life, I'm the mother of my teenage daughter, Makenna and the step-mom to Kyle and Kiara. I'm also a dog mom to a chocolate lab named Chandler. As I mentioned before, I grew up in BC but I moved to Alberta 24 years ago to pursue my career. I love the mountains and spend every spare moment camping, hiking, and visiting home. My husband and I enjoy spending the summers on the Shuswap at our cabin. In my spare time I read, do puzzles, and I love playing board games with the kids.
